Right now it can be done only in the composer panel, but it would be great if we were able to do it in the timeline panel, where we have a good overview of several tracks at once.

The UI is pretty full in the timeline, so I can see 2 ways of doing it:

1) -/+ turning into </> to move by 1 step while holding SHIFT

2) moving the sequence left/right by directly "grabbing" it with a finger while holding SHIFT
